Apple Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large unpeeled apple
    1/2 orange (including peel)
    2 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    This refreshing relish requires no cooking.
    Simply put through the food chopper the first 3 ingredients.
    Add sugar and walnuts.
    Chill for several hours or overnight.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Serve with turkey, chicken or duckling.
