Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches spinach
    4 slices lean bacon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Clean, wash and dry the spinach.
    Chill well.
    Trim bacon of excess fat.
    Saute the bacon over medium heat until soft, not crisp.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Stir and heat.
    Pour over spinach and toss well.
    Serve with fresh ground pepper.
