French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans consomme
    water, added to consomme to make 4 c. liquid
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    toasted bread
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until brown; add consomme and Worcestershire.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Season with salt.
    Pour soup into individual bowls.
    Float toasted bread on top.
    Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
