Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. saltine crumbs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) jar beef gravy*
    1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. water
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    *Note: Marie makes the gravy, which I'm certain is much better than the jar variety!
