Rob'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 bell peppers, chopped
    5 onions, chopped
    15 jalapenos, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    1 large brisket, fat removed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Rub brisket with olive oil and season with black pepper, red pepper and garlic powder.
    Place 1 cup oil in large, heavy pan with lid.
    Heat on medium heat until hot.
    Brown brisket on both sides for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
