Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 c. beet juice
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. beets
Preparation

Drain juice from beets and set aside.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; mix good and add beet juice.
Stir well and add melted butter and vinegar.
Add the beets; heat thoroughly until beets are heated through and through.
