Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the biscuit mix, sausage and cheese with a wooden spoon - or you might want to mix with your hands.
    Shape into 1-inch balls; place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    These will freeze nicely.
