Mango Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely cut mango
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar; add eggs and then stir in dry ingredients, mango and lime juice.
    Mix, then add in chopped nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not slice until second day.
