Mors Prune Whip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 prunes
    1/2 c. white sugar
    5 egg whites
Preparation
    Soak prunes overnight and then stew until tender.
    Remove stones and beat the prunes to a smooth pulp.
    Make a meringue with egg whites and sugar.
    Beat prunes into this mixture and pour into dish that has been well-greased.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
