Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. water
    5 whole eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat the eggs; add water and salt. Stir in flour slowly until dough is soft and dry. Divide into 3 balls. Roll thin and spread out to dry. When really dry, cut into strips and then into desired widths.
