Tomato-Basil Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    1/3 c. diagonally sliced green onions
    1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no salt added whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
    Cover and chill.
    Yield:
    2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).
