Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices toast, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Crumble sausage into skillet; cook until browned.
Spread cubed bread into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; then browned sausage and cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and mushroom soup together.
Pour over layered bread and sausage mix.
Set in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cut into squares.
