Mandarins In Wine & Liqueur - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
2 Tbsp. plum wine
1 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
2 tsp. sugar
2 preserved kumquats, pitted and finely chopped
1 Tbsp. mandarin syrup
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except liqueur, chill.
Pour liqueur over top right before serving.
Serve in fruit cups.
Serves 2.
