Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    chopped celery and onion to taste
    1 can red kidney beans with juice
    1 can whole kernel corn with juice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small can V-8 or tomato sauce or 1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Cook celery and onion until translucent.
    Add kidney beans, whole kernel corn, stewed tomatoes, taco seasoning and V-8 or tomato sauce or 1 cup water. Put all in crock-pot and let cook for 3 to 4 hours.
    Crush taco chips in bottom of each soup bowl.
    Top with shredded cheese.
