Strawberry Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed strawberries
3 lb. sugar
1 1/3 c. water
1 tsp. alum

Preparation

Cook
water
and sugar together for seven minutes.
Add crushed berries and
boil five minutes.
Add powdered alum and remove from heat.
Pour into jars and seal.
