Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. parsley (dried works fine)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender. Drain. Combine butter or margarine and parsley.
    Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
