Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites very firm.
    Add to the batter mixture.
    Pour into 3 (9-inch) greased pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
    Cool.
