Chicken Galliano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. herbed cheese (Alouette or Rondelle)
    flour, seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme
    1 stick butter (for the chicken)
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. Galliano liqueur
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Pound chicken breast pieces thin.
    Spread each of the eight pieces with 2 tablespoons of herbed cheese.
    Roll and secure with toothpicks.
    Dredge in seasoned flour.
