Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Cream sugar and eggs; add cooking oil and flour. Add baking powder, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix well. Add pineapple, nuts and bananas. Bake in 4 (9-inch) pans at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until done. Cool and frost.
