Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 large avocado, sliced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 small pkg. Doritos
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 well drained can kidney beans
Preparation

Chop and toss the onion, tomatoes and lettuce.
Grate and add the cheese.
Add avocado and dressing.
Crunch and add the Doritos.
Brown beef.
Drain.
Add taco seasoning and beans.
Cook until dry.
Add to tossed mixture and serve immediately.
Serves 6.
