Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. grated carrots
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. Pepperidge Farm crumbs
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini and chopped onions in salted water for 4 minutes.
    Mix
    together grated carrots, cream of mushroom or chicken soup and
    sour
    cream.
    Melt
    margarine
    and pour over Pepperidge Farm crumbs.
    Put 1/2 crumb mixture in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour
    in
    vegetables and top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
