Caraway-Cucumber Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. each: oil and vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. caraway seed
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix well oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Stir in sour cream and caraway seed.
Add cabbage and cucumber; toss to mix well.
Makes 6 servings.
