Happy Day Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    about 2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together well dry ingredients and then liquids.
    Add the milk slowly and blend until smooth with mixer.
    Makes two 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
