Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. blueberries or other fruit
Preparation

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Do not mix too well. Leave slightly lumpy.
Makes 10 to 15 pancakes.
