Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pecans
2 1/2 c. chopped apples or applesauce
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. shredded coconut

Preparation

Beat with mixer until well mixed.
Pour into tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
