Hot Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 c. chopped shallots
    1/8 c. dried parsley
    8 oz. chopped crawfish tails
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    melba toast rounds
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add Worcestershire, parsley, shallots and crawfish.
    Mix.
    Combine with softened cream cheese.
    Add milk. Simmer until warm.
    Add seasoning to taste.
    Serve on melba toast rounds.
    Serves 2.
