Onion Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. milk
3 or 4 medium onions, thickly sliced
1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
-
Combine milks.
Soak onions in milk mixture.
Dip into flour; shake off excess.
Re-dip into milk and then into flour again; shake.
Fry in deep fat.
