Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 bunches green onions
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 large pkg. tortilla chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions and drain.
    Mix soups and enchilada sauce together.
    Pour over hamburger.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. While hamburger is simmering, crush chips and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour hamburger mixture over chips.
    Grate cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
