Chinese Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 can water chestnuts
1 bag frozen Oriental vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
soy sauce to taste
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Boil or fry chicken breasts until done.
Cut up into small pieces and place in deep frying pan.
Add cream of chicken soup and add add water to right consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are done.
Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
