Fruit Salad Dressing With Festive Fruits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
    1/4 c. orange juice (1 orange)
    grated rinds of 1 lemon and 1 orange
    assorted fruits
Preparation
    Dressing:
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Stir in pineapple juice.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add lemon and orange juice and rinds.
    Cool.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
