Easy Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. biscuits
    3/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon to taste
    raisins and/or nuts
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    shortening
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut each biscuit into quarters, placing a few at a time in a plastic bag filled with sugar and cinnamon, shake to coat.
    After coating all pieces, place them in a greased Bundt or tube pan.
    Layer as you go with raisins and/or nuts.
    Melt butter and add brown sugar; pour over the biscuits.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
