Fruit Medley Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large red apple, cubed
1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. halved seedless red grapes
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 can pitted dark sweet cherries, very well drained, pat dry with paper towel
2 firm bananas, sliced
Preparation

In large bowl, combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, red apple, strawberries, seedless red grapes and kiwi fruit.
Then cover and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, fold in the blueberries, cherries and the bananas.
GENTLY TOSS.
