White Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. light cream
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 c. Gouda cheese
    1/2 c. dry wine
    2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onions, celery and garlic.
    Stir in basil, oregano, salt and dash of pepper.
    Add cream and cream cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
    Stir in wine.
    Gradually add Gouda and Cheddar cheese.
    Stir until melted.
