Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/4 c. sugar, divided
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
4 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
2 to 3 drops red food color
1 qt. strawberries
whipped topping

Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
Press firmly into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Cool.
