Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut (optional)

Preparation

Cream the eggs and sugar together. Add oil alternately with dry ingredients.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven in a lined tube pan, greased and floured, or bake in a
long 9 x 13-inch pan. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
