1 c. corn meal mix
1 c. creamed corn
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together at once.
Pour into hot, well-oiled skillet or pan or make 12 muffins.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
Time may vary according to your oven. Serve hot and stand back and wait for hugs and kisses from your family.
