Oil Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cold milk
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt into bowl.
    Pour oil and milk in measuring cup.
    Do not stir.
    Add all at once to flour, stirring with a fork until a ball is formed.
    Divide.
    Roll each
    half between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
    Remove top paper and turn pastry into pie pan. Remove other pastry and fit pastry to pan.
    Cut even with rim. Add filling.
    Roll out top crust as you did the bottom crust.
    Place over filling and fold edges under bottom crust.
    Seal with a fork. Slit near center for steam to escape.
    Makes two 9-inch crusts.
