Clam Digger Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    dash of Tabasco
    pinch of thyme
    pinch of rosemary
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Add oil and garlic.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Combine flour with juice from a can of clams; blend until smooth.
    Stir into butter mixture.
    Add clams and remaining clam juice, parsley, Tabasco, thyme and rosemary. Simmer sauce about 10 minutes.
    Turn hot spaghetti into serving dish.
    Add clam sauce and toss gently.
    Sprinkle with pimento. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
