Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 6 pieces lengthwise.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle sugars and cinnamon over potatoes.
    Pour melted oleo over.
    Add pineapple and vanilla.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Serves 6.
