Polish Sausage Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 link sausages
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3/4 to 1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Slice sausages into coin shapes or smaller.
Cook in large skillet with onion, green pepper and margarine until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes which have been chopped fine or blended slightly with salt, ground pepper and rice.
Cook on medium or low heat until rice is done, adding water when needed.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
