Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat in one cup sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and ginger.
    Fold into pumpkin.
    Spread mixture in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup finely chopped nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
