Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    3/4 Tbsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. molasses (Brer Rabbit green label)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs until light. Add dry ingredients (flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon and salt), then blend in molasses; mix well. Form dough in small balls, rolling them in your hands. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until top rounds or cracks. Makes 4 dozen.
