Sweet Potato Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 (23 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add sweet potatoes; mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and vanilla; mix with sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar and butter.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Spoon batter into 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove.
