Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 jar pimento, chopped
    1/4 lb. butter, in chunks
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 small cans mushroom pieces
    2 c. beef consomme
Preparation
    Combine and stir in greased 2-quart dish.
    Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
