Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. jumbo raw shrimp, cleaned
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Microwave at High until melted (1 to 2 minutes).
    Stir in parsley, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
    Add shrimp; toss to coat.
    Cover.
    Microwave at High until shrimp are pink, opaque and tender (do not overcook or shrimp will be tough), 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, stirring twice. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
    Serves 4.
