Baked Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large firm tomatoes
    2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes; cut a slice off stem end.
    Scoop out center and mash; strain and save liquid.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into tomato cups.
    Pour 1 tablespoon tomato liquid over each tomato.
    Place in close fitting baking dish.
    Add 1/4 cup hot water to dish.
    Bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot.
