Baked Yams With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large yams
    1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Wash yams and wrap in boil.
    Bake until tender, cool and peel. In a greased (butter or margarine) casserole, slice yams approximately 1/2-inch thick.
