Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 stalk celery
    3 cans mushroom soup
    10 Tbsp. ketchup
    salt, pepper and red pepper
    1 capful liquid shrimp boil
    milk to thin
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    3 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter until softened.
    Add rest of ingredients except shrimp.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over rice.
