Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled with jackets on and chopped
    1 large green sweet pepper, chopped
    1 can pimentos
    1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 c. milk
    1 to 2 c. margarine, cubed
    crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into 10 x 12-inch glass casserole dish. Season to taste.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
