Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine mashed carrots with rest of ingredients.
    Mix well. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Spread topping over carrots and return to oven for about 25 minutes.
